WHO WE ARE

Saptage is Media buro and Event Hub, specialized in film production, worldwide marketing research and solutions, media relations, above and below the line activities and events management. We are a creative agency with a team of creatives, musicians, managers, producers and creators. We invent distinctive concepts with a focus on every detail. In an era where audiences are ever harder to categorise, we build strong cultural connections, and as such we are committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of our visitors to our web site. In particular, we want you to know that Saptage is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. Our focus is on creating video content and facilitating our clients, so we simply don’t do that sort of thing. We’ve provided lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, and the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

TYPE OF DATA WE COLLECT:

Cookies

We do not collect cookies – so if you’re the cookie monster, nothing for you here mate.

Google Analytics

When someone visits saptage.com we use a third party service (which we think is brilliant) Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site – it helps us improve our work and understand how best to serve our visitors and make their experience better. This information is only processed in a way, which does not identify anyone – it is anonymous and harmless. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website. We work with Google partner agencies who are tied into strict contracts with us as well (who also comply to GDPR regulations).

Mailing Lists

Due to the nature of our personable approach with brands and clients, we rarely send out mass newsletters which we find a bit cold as an approach and isn’t in line with our Saptage client approach. However, should Saptage ever wish to send out mass newsletters, we would only do so, if you have given your consent to being contacted in this way. We would use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver newsletters. We would also most likely gather statistics around email opening and number of clicks using industry standard technologies to help us keep and eye on and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please check MailChimp’s privacy notice it’s such an interesting read… please take your time.

Storing information and Third Parties

As a solid rule, we do not share any collected personal data with third parties online or on paper. If you contact us via our contact form or directly via an email address, your information will be hosted within our email client (gmail). We use the Google tools found as part of G-Suite.
